Request for repeat prescriptions are accepted via:
Please allow for 48 hours (2 full working days) for your repeat prescription to be issued.
In order to avoid errors, we are unable to take requests over the phone. We provide electronic prescriptions, where you or your nominated pharmacy can request your prescription, and we send scripts to your pharmacy electronically. After they have been sent electronically, you can collect your medications from the pharmacy
Questions about your prescription
Your local pharmacists can also answer any questions about your prescriptions and on medicines you can buy without a prescription.
If you wish to contact the surgery with any medication query call between 10:00am to 6:00pm, to avoid peak telephony demand hours

About Pharmacy First Service
You do not need an appointment to visit a pharmacy, with most having a private consultation room where you can discuss issues with a pharmacist, and many are open until late and on weekends.
