Named GP

All patients have a named doctor. Yor named doctor is allocated to you by the Gp surgery when you initially register. Any patient is welcome to enquire as to whom their named GP is.

Violence

We aim to treat all patients with utmost respect and expect our staff to be treated likewise. If a patient is violent or abusive, they will be warned to stop their behaviour. If their behaviour continues, we may exercise our right to remove the patient from the consultation.

Patient's responsibilities

Patients are responsible to inform us about past illnesses, medications, hospital admissions and any other pertinent information.

Change of Details

Please notify us as soon as possible if you change your name, address or phone number. You will need to provide proof of address to change the address.
